So I’ve recently stepped up my Insta game since I’m now working in the beautiful city of New York and I have tons of blogger backdrops to choose from. I’ve also had to step up my wardrobe because it can be challenging to figure out what to wear to work in New York City.
What to wear to work in New York City: Monday – Thursday
Keep it classy with culottes, pointy toes, and silky tops. I’ve always opted for minimalism and black but now that I’m in New York City I’m even more partial to black, go figure. (Scroll down for full outfit link)
You know, I always considered myself to be a decent dresser, (clearly or else I wouldn’t have started a blog), and then I moved to New York City and I’m on the high side of mediocre!
No wonder everyone’s a fashion blogger… because they can be! There are a ridiculous amount of good looking and better dressing people than I’ve ever seen in my life. New York City is definitely the best place for style inspiration. (Scroll down for full outfit link)
Friday
On Fridays everyone is more casual, especially downtown in the SOHO area. Jeans and sneakers are 100% acceptable. The sneaks are cream which go perfectly with my cream coat that I got for $30, yes $30! Guess from where?
